Return & exchange policy
- Our customers can request exchange or return within 14 days from purchase as long as the product remains in the same conditions as purchased, after 14 days no return or exchange will be allowed.
- we send a courier to pickup the products within 2-3 days from placing the request to pickup the product free of charge.
- once product is returned, customer service team will inspect the products and if its in the same conditions as purchased we transfer the full product invoice amount excluding delivery charges through either a bank transfer or a smart wallet (Vodafone cash, Etisalat cash, or similar applications) within 3-5 days
- Money refund in cash might be possible on exceptional basis.

- Keep the tickets and the name tag intact.
- Fold back the product and put in the shipment bag/carton.
