Free Returns and Exchanges

  • Standard Returns: You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date of order placement, no questions asked.
  • Quality Issues: If you encounter any quality issues, you can report the damage within 30 days from the date of order placement for a free return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds can be issued via cash, InstaPay, smart wallet, or bank transfer, depending on the available means of refund in your area (cash refunds may not be available in all locations).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed within 2-5 working days from the date of request.
  • Customers can exchange any item for any other item, regardless of type, size, or color.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be intact, unused, and in the same condition as received, including original tags and packaging.
  • Exclusions: Underwear and lingerie are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

  • Our free return and exchange policy applies to domestic orders only. International returns are currently not accepted.

Reporting Quality Issues

  • For defective or incorrect items, customers must provide photos and report the issue within 30 days of receiving the order.

Pick-Up Arrangements

Grace Period for Delayed Deliveries

  • If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances on our end, we will extend the 14-day return window by the equivalent number of delayed days.

Holiday Policy

  • For purchases made during special holidays or promotional periods, we extend the return and exchange period.
